This site is operated by JRP Brands, LLC, St. Louis, Missouri. By using it, sending a note or booking a call you agree to the terms below.

The Introductory Call

The introductory call is free and gives us a chance to discuss your website, marketing and whether Formbreak is a fit for your business. Observations about search engines and AI platforms reflect what those platforms showed on the dates we looked. Those answers change, so an observation is a snapshot, not a guarantee of how any platform will answer later.

Paid Work

Website builds, maintenance, the monthly search engagement and consulting sessions are governed by a separate written agreement that states the scope, investment, term and deliverables. The figures on this site describe the standard offer at the effective date above and may change. No results are promised. Search engines and AI platforms are run by other companies, and rankings, mentions and citations are never within our sole control.

Results Stated on This Site

The sales-volume figures describe leads from Jacob's YouTube channel and websites that Gateway Realty Group handled. They refer to home sales volume, not Formbreak's revenue or Gateway's total business from every source. Figures described as closed or under contract include pending sales that have not yet closed. Past results do not predict what another business will see.

Content and Use

The text, images and research on this site belong to JRP Brands, LLC unless otherwise noted. The portfolio shows websites Jacob built, including redesign concepts identified as concepts.

You may quote or link to this site with attribution. You may not scrape it to build a competing directory or resell it. Platform names and marks belong to their owners.

Liability

The site and the introductory call are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, JRP Brands, LLC is not liable for decisions made or losses incurred in reliance on them. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

Changes and Questions

We may update these terms and will change the effective date above when we do. Questions go through our contact form and Jacob answers them personally. Our privacy notice covers what we collect and why.
