Privacy Notice

This site is operated by JRP Brands, LLC, St. Louis, Missouri. It exists to introduce Formbreak and to let you send a note or book a call. Here is what that involves.

What We Collect

When you submit the form we receive what you type: your name, company, website, what you are looking for, annual business revenue range, email, phone, your note, any additional notes and how you heard about us. The form also records the page you submitted from. If you book a call through the calendar, the booking service collects your name, email, business name, website, annual revenue range, what you want help with and any additional notes, along with the details it needs to schedule it. We do not buy or append data about you.

How We Use It

To reply to your note, prepare for the call and follow up about it by email or phone. If we work together, the same information starts your client file. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list. You can ask us to delete it at any time by email.

Who Handles It

Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our inbox. Cal.com handles call bookings and the details needed to schedule them.

Google Analytics records website usage, including page views and successful form submissions, and uses browser identifiers to distinguish visits. New bookings in the embedded calendar are also recorded as a conversion event, without guest contact details. The form-submission event does not include your contact details or message text. Microsoft Clarity provides session replays and heatmaps to help us understand how visitors use the site; its cookies can contain pseudonymous user and session identifiers.

Your browser also stores campaign tags, referring sites, landing pages and visit information in local storage so we can understand how you found us. When you submit the form, that attribution information and an available Google Analytics client identifier are sent with your inquiry. These identifiers can connect activity across visits; this information is not treated as anonymous.

Form drafts, including contact details and your note, are saved in this browser. We restore drafts last edited within 7 days and remove older drafts when you return to the form. Drafts are also removed after a successful submission. Clearing this site’s browser storage removes the saved draft at any time.

TikTok's player loads only after you press play, and TikTok's privacy policy applies to the player. You can read more about the providers' data practices in the Google privacy policy, Microsoft privacy statement and Cal.com privacy policy. We do not run advertising pixels.
